Project/Task based
This typically is a problem you would like to solve in your organisation. Whether it is a category review to be constructed; a comprehensive brand strategy to be developed, a pricing strategy along with trade marketing guidelines to be documented or a full brand/SKU rationalisation to be done. The process is simple: you define the problem and the output desired. FMCG Consulting will take a verbal or written brief and comeback with a project outline including timelines and costs. We align on the variables, sign contracts and the project is underway.
Consulting projects typically take 4 to 16 weeks to complete.
Retainer Basis
This works for organisations with a key technical skill gap which would cost a substantial amount to fill on a full time basis or optionally the organisation needs an expert opinion available on tap for key decisions. Retainers provide access on phone, in person and with monthly, quarterly or six monthly output and reviews based on your business needs.
FMCG Consulting retainers provide substantial value addition and start at $3,000 per month which is far less than the cost of a graduate trainee. However, we recommend starting out with a Project based assignment..
